540 Kitchen & Bar in Fredericton

Loved the prime rib special as did my father who said it was the best meal hes eaten out in years! My mom loved her haddock as well. Unfortunately my husband was a bit disappointed that his burger was dry. Our waitress was a sweetheart! Still giving 5 stars!

This place has excellent food presentation and delicious recipes, from cocktails to mains I am consistently amazed at how great the food is.The service is fantastic too! Staff are knowledgeable when you have a question and are attentive to your drinks.

There are very few places I've ever walked into and immediately felt as at home as Kitchen 540. The staff werw fun and friendly, and the food was incredible! Locally sourced food, lots of local beers and some really creative cocktails. I'll be back.

One of the best place to eat and have a drink in Fredericton! I went with my girlfriend a few days ago and everything was perfect. We ate on the patio and our server was exemplary. Great choice of beer and they will let you try some if you are unsure on which one to take. The food is amazing and not too pricey. I definitely recommend this place :)

Great atmosphere and food presentation was great .I'd definitely go back. Staff were friendly and portions were great. I wasn't a huge fan of the steam buns. Wasn't enough flavour for me, but I have higher standards for Asian food. The ceasar salad was delicious!!!Thanks

One of my favourite restaurants in town, they have the best fries and some amazing burgers. They have a rotating tap of beer and always have a great selection!

What a delicious meal. My brother's steak had a bit too much fat for his liking on it but I had one of the best pork bellies ever. The curry salmon was cooked perfectly and had just enough heat. The burger made with local beef and fries were also fantastic. Chocolate for dessert had so many flavours and textures it was light enough to eat even after all that pork belly.
